All our plugins and installers are digitally signed. These digital signatures are violated or removed completely when the software is modified by third parties. First, you should check if the plugin that is misbehaving is still digitally signed by this company.
Right-click the plugin file (it has an extension like lmd, apo, or tns) and check if you see a tab "Digital Signatures". If the tab is present, you should check if the signer is shown as "MindQuake Serviços de Informática" and if the signature is marked as "OK".
If the Digital Signatures tab is not present, or if the signature is not shown as OK, then you are not using original software.
I release a lot of software for free, but some works could only be made with great amounts of effort, research and testing, and some others even needed additional investment in software. Programming is what I do for a living, and I have bills to pay. Selling a license every once and then keeps me interested in developing further. Finding cracked versions does not motivate or help me, nor does it benefit you:
It is stated clearly that several functions are available only in registered versions, and I do not try to hide the fact that evaluation versions are not complete software. There are functions missing (like strong encryption routines in the Crypto plugin, or support for stored procedures and QueryToTable in the ODBC plugin), that are not present in the code of the evaluation versions. It makes no sense to expect to be able to "unlock" advanced functions when they are not compiled into the code. All the clueless cracker can do is turn off error messages, giving you the illusion that you are now using a working product, when actually you are not. The required code to make the functions work is not there. "Unlocking" of the evaluation versions is, simply put, impossible. For this, the missing code would need to be added into the program, and that the cracker doesn't know how to do, neither does he know how to test properly the plugin or he would have noticed that he achieved nothing useful.
Once you paid for a plugin, you get access to a full build, with all functions compiled into the code. The plugin will be personalized with your name. As you can guess, this is not the same installer as the one that you download from this site.
