This dependency plugin for AutoPlay Media Studio checks verifies if the Techsmith Screen Capture Codec (TSCC) is already installed, so AutoPlay Media Studio can play back AVI movies created with Camtasia, Techsmith's screen recording software.
If the codec cannot be found, you can install it silently (if your application runs as administrator or on XP) or you can prompt the user before you start the installer.
